Like every mom, I have aspirational delusions of being Super Mom. Maker of the perfect breakfast, overseer of the perfect children, cleaner of the perfect house. You get it. You’ve probably been there, too. Read more
Have you ever wondered what would be in your toddler’s backpack? Probably not, because you, unlike me, didn’t fall asleep after reading Us Weekly and obsessively checking the baby monitor last night, and have very weird dreams that your baby was a debutante.
I don’t know about you, but I like “weird.” Weird is different. Weird is unique. Weird is interesting. Weird is special.
And now that I’m a parent, I’m way weirder than ever before. This oddness has manifested in the least expected ways, but I’ve learned to cherish them all. Among the weirdest: Read more
